The room I stayed in was impeccably clean with a very comfortable bed. The helpful front desk staff made my arrival much smoother, efficiently resolving my parking situation. Enjoying the stunning river view while sipping coffee in the morning added a lovely touch to my stay.
Check-in felt a bit rushed.

Air conditioning had issues, with dripping onto the bed and required extra effort to operate. Paid for a 'Harbour view' room but ended up facing bin storage and parking with minimal ocean visibility. Numerous amenities were not functional, such as a bathroom fan and some power outlets. Noise from door slams and the gaming area was disruptive throughout the stay.

The Harbour Balcony Queen Room was a real treat with stunning views, especially during sunrise! I loved lounging by the pool and appreciated the sun loungers available for relaxation. The only downside was a bit of a wait at checkout, but it didn't spoil my time at all. 🌅

Comfortable and Convenient Stopover
We enjoyed our one-night stay with a super comfortable bed and a shining bathroom that had an impressive shower space. It was fantastic being able to grab a good meal conveniently located just a short walk down the corridor. The complimentary continental breakfast was generous, and the unlimited coffee was a pleasant surprise. One area for improvement would be better communication during check-in, as it felt a bit rushed.

Couldn't recommend more for a two-day stay
Comfortable room, friendly staff. the bathroom featured great water pressure and plenty of towels, while the breakfast included unlimited coffee that was surprisingly good.

The Twin Room was surprisingly spacious, much bigger than I thought it would be. The soft pillowtop mattress was a highlight and made for a comfy night’s sleep. The shower was also impressive, offering great pressure. But the bathroom door needed to stay closed during showers because of smoke alarms, which wasn't ideal. the noise from doors slamming at all hours was distracting, especially being near the gaming area.
